Sidewalks varied throughout with some being in really great shape, others an inch of hard packed ice, and others with patches of unevenness. Pace was forced to slow as a result, which wasn't a bad thing for today. Knee felt fine although still paranoid with each bit of tightness I occasionally feel in the quad.
