Need to add commentary. Lost a month with achilles tendonitis during the training cycle. Went in with low expectations but still tried to push. Really just wanted even 6's but ended up running with Dave Strumski and went a bit faster than my plan and eventually just let him go (he eventually fell back). Painful once I hit the Newton hills. Still, happy considering I wasnt sure if I would make it to the starting line with the injury and not getting much running in. Just slow...
