Supposed to be last tempo run but couldn't hit the pace. Furthermore, pain in my left foot around the shoelace line. Didn't go away. Palpation pain after. Went to PT later in the day and thought it could be soft tissue. Went to podiatrist Thursday, inconclusive but didn't think sfx. MRI on Friday, with results as synovitis.
