Solo workout at DeFazio, 6x1000 with 2 minutes jogging rest (lap around the track). Got to the track around 6 AM just as it was starting to get the first sunlight.
Goal was 3:12 or faster per rep. Ended up hitting 3:13, 3:12, 3:13, 3:12, 3:13, 3:12. Need to still work on doing these solo workouts. Was in the ballpark of where I wanted but would like to get these back to 3:08-3:11 range. Figured 3:12 would be a good conservative goal given going solo and early in the morning.
