Track is still covered in snow/ice and I needed something faster than road tempo pace (I struggle to get below MP doing tempo) so opted for the treadmill. I don't think I get as good of a workout but I do get some better turnover. With the indoor workout I opted for 6x1000 rather than the usual 5. Start/stop each rep is a bit of a challenge due to the treadmill taking time to increase and decrease speed so times are a close estimate for splits. Overall felt good but the treadmill took care of the pacing and I am still not convinced I work as hard as I do when I run off the treadmill.
