With all the rain the past few days and with a bunch of the crew doing the Mayor's Cup, we'll pass on the trail run this weekend. Instead I opted for 14-15 miles this morning heading out towards Wellesley center, then following the marathon course to Lower Falls before heading back south to Needham. Ended up being shorter than planned, so added on a few hills around Needham to tack on the extra miles. Overall felt good, but the hills got me breathing pretty heavy and feeling tired. Looking forward to changing up my morning runs now that I'm starting to pick up on distance.
