In prep for the 26x1, targeted my first repeat paced workout in a long time. Goal was 8 400s and 4 200's. Ideal would be 70's and 35's but I was well off the mark the entire time, mainly hitting my 5K interval paced splits. Weather was rainy and cold, just a miserable morning especially when I couldn't hit any of the paces for the life of me.
