Workout was 3 x 1 mile at 5K pace or faster. Had trouble rallying a group so opted to run behind Eric, who is a bit too fast for me (he did all of his sub 5). Zach was the only other taker running with our small group. First one was a conservative 5:11. Then 5:07 followed by a 5:01. Could have probably pushed a bit more if I tried although certainly wouldn't have been too much faster. Felt a bit more relaxed than I expected which is a good sign.
