Goal was 3 middle miles at HMP. Couldn't get the leg turnover to hit that pace, was stuck at MP for a bit and when trying to catch up, couldn't get down quite enough. Overall felt a bit tired today, not much pop in the legs or the lungs. Still recovering from Boston?
