Original goal was 5x1000. Pretty early on I couldn't get faster than 40 per 200 so I called an audible and just went for 1600s. Ideally I would have just done 5:20's but couldn't even do that today. Workout was in the dark with a headlamp but it was more of a physical lack of energy to get up to speed. Who knows, perhaps if I ran in a group I could have gone faster but this was sad.
