Between the marathon taper and the tendonitis after, I've been doing a lot of slow running over the past month so wanted to get in a bit of a quicker leg turnover tonight. Not ready for a full workout or tempo, so broke it into a 1.5 mile section and a 0.5 mile section. The in-between was quick due to organic pace. I honestly felt like I was going easy and finally over the last 2.5 miles eased back to a more reasonable pace. Felt good, although out of shape.
