Solo track workout. 8x400 at Repeat followed by 2x400 at Repeat. One lap jog after the 4's, 1/2 lap jog after the 2's. Water stop after the 4th and 8th 400.

Once again struggled to hit pace while running solo. Would have preferred to run with Culla and the group at 10:00, but had time commitments that required the earlier start.
