Notes
Baptism by fire. First run down in Florida was a rude awakening to the humidity. It's been awhile since running in 70+ degree heat with humidity and I definitely felt it. What would normally be a comfortable pace felt very taxing. The temps werent extraordinary, but I felt the effects nonetheless. Could tell it was going to the start of a "hard" taper week, not due to long distances or tough workouts, but getting the body to adapt to the change in weather conditions.
