Back to an old "favorite", 5x1000. Goal should be 3:08 - 3:10 but today was targeting 3:10-3:12. Pretty much average the top end of that range. I still cant seem to get into a good groove on these solo track workouts. I did plenty of these alone in the fall without these same challenges (some of those were evening workouts so perhaps that is the difference). I just need to get stronger running solo.
