Chilly morning, definitely feeling fall temperatures again this morning. Felt fresh this morning and after warmed up after the first mile or so, pace came pretty easy without trying. Saturday was a cycling day and yesterday was nice and slowly paced, so I think my body was just well rested. Need to be smart this week about getting in some slower days too.
