Notes
Thursday morning tempo. 2 mile warmup, 3 mile tempo, 1 mile recovery, 3 mile tempo, 2 mile recovery, 1 mile tempo, 1 mile cooldown.
Goal was for the tempo to be half marathon pace or faster but just couldn't keep the pace going. Still got 7 miles faster than MP but would have preferred the tempo to be sub 5:40 and only hit that for one of the miles. Second 3 mile stretch only got one below 5:50.
Need to work on pushing the pace a bit more when going solo on workouts.
