Notes
Group run with Robert, Kieran, Ephraim, Carlos, and Rory. Pace was a bit slower than I would prefer but cant hurt to get in some easy miles this time of year. Threw in two quick miles towards the end of the main group portion (6:07 and 5:44) both of which felt pretty easy and in control. Will work on more tempo miles as we get further along in the winter.
Weather was in the upper 30's with a steady mist picking up during the middle miles but going away after about 30 minutes. Route started on Soldiers Field Road, went over the BU bridge and out to Jamaica Pond. It was pretty much an out-and-back route.
