First long run of the season. Kept the pace very conservative, dont want to push both mileage and intensity too early, especially since I'm still not running at 100%.
Was tired by the end and the pace wasnt coming as easy as I had hoped. Would have felt a lot better if those 6:40 miles rolled by easily, but instead they kept slipping slower and slower. Going to be interesting to see what happens once I start pushing for MP miles.
