Failed workout. Goal was 5x1000 but was a couple of seconds off pace on the first rep and the second just got slower, so rolled into a couple of 1600s for the next two reps and then some 400s to close out to get a little bit of turnover. Not sure if i'm still tired from the long run/tempo over the weekend or if it's the cold i'm coming down with at the moment. In any case, the tank was empty from the start.
