Back out in Springfield for work. Decided to push the run to this evening rather than tomorrow morning in hopes of a "safer" run. Now that I think of it, probably not the best move due to compressing Saturday's run into Sunday. This ended up leaving me with back-to-back-to-back days. Next run is not planned for Friday, so a few days to recover.
Foot felt ok and has been feeling better the past few days. Not sure what happened on Saturday, but hopefully we can put that behind us.
