Goal was 5x1000 at 3:08, couldn't hit it this evening. I think I am still just recovering from the 10K this weekend. I wasn't far off, pretty much between 3:10 and 3:12 but would have preferred to be a tad bit quicker on the reps. I assume if I did this with a group it wouldn't have been as much of an issue hitting the goal splits. Need to get tougher running solo.
