Out from home to Lower Falls, marathon route to top of Heartbreak, Hammond Street to Hammond Pond Parkway to Newton Street to Kendrick to Greendale to Broadmeadow to Home.

Felt pretty good out there but was starting to tire out around the 13 mile mark. Need to keep building up the endurance. At some point, would like to get some of these early miles a bit slower, hammer the hills, then slow down again for the final miles. Right now just trying to build up on miles but would like to mix up the pace on the run to get in a warmup, tempo, cooldown allocation. Need to get away from just doing everything at the same pace.
