A repeat of last week's workout, 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400 ladder with one lap repeat. Felt better than last week (which was done mid-day in the 90 degree heat but this was still a humid morning), but still exhausted from little sleep from Benjamin. Goal splits were once again 71, 2:32, 3:50, 5:20. Was in the ballpark on the 400s and the 1600. the 800's and 1200s were just tough for me to stay on track. Meanwhile Antunes did the same workout absolutely crushing it, not only hitting his goal splits, but those goal splits were significantly faster than mine.
