26x1 mile relay.
Not really in mile shape. Ran splits of 67, 73, 75, 73. First lap felt great, second lap felt ok but didn't realize I had slowed that much. Lap 3 was way off. Reeled back in a bit for lap 4 with a nice kick on the homestretch but fell off enough on the first part of the lap for a pretty slow second half of the race.
To be honest, I probably would have been pumped to hit 4:44. Sub 4:50 would have made me happy (which I hit). Tough to hit the fast mile times just doing one single solo race, without a mass start (got the hand-off and was running alone for most of this).
Would like to do more mile races again at some point.
