Notes
A little tired after Benjamin was born but was able to sneak in a nice little tempo along the Charles. Goal was to do an up/down tempo with the ups being sub 5:40 and the downs being 5:40 plus. Didn't quite hit it, especially on the faster segments. At the end wanted a much faster mile to close it out but couldn't get better than the 5:39. Need to keep working on this type of workout (and getting used to less sleep).
