Notes
Probably the hottest of all my runs, but without the sun at least due to the storm rolling in (which unfortunately brought even more humidity). Rain held off until after the run, but it probably would have been welcome to cool things off. Felt good though after yesterday's recovery day. Back to Boston in the evening and back to normal temps.
