Notes

Endurance class with Derek. After several minutes of warmup and some pickups, did some 1 minute intervals, then 3 minute intervals, then finally 4x8:00 intervals. Definitely got a good workout of this one. Would be a new favorite class if I had the time / availability more often. Several cyclists in this one too.
