Bumped the ratio up to 2 walk, 8 run. Will likely target Tuesday as the first continuous run for 30 min. Being cautious since the stress fractures do take time to fully heal and too much stress on the bone could blow things up. The 8 weeks of low/no weight bearing is the issue.

So from here, Tuesday will be 30 straight. Thursday will be 30 straight. Then if all goes well, perhaps a Saturday / Sunday back-to-back run. Still have a little while before I start doing longer runs. Frustratingly slow building up, but don't want to be back injured in 2 weeks.
