Warmup with Tim / Solo. Just felt low energy both up and down Summer Street. Not necessarily always a death sentence, I've had plenty of PRs on days with my warmup didnt go well. That's part of the reason for the warmup anyway, to get the blood flowing. Rain started up just as the warmup was ending.
