First real track workout with traditional intervals in almost 15 months. It did not go well. Normally 5x1000 would be targeting around 3:10-3:12, and dont even really came close to being within 10 seconds during any of the reps. Just couldnt get the legs going fast. Combination of morning tiredness and just being out of shape. Maybe could have done a bit better if ran with a group, but just couldnt get myself going fast and maintaining. Lots of work to do.
