Felt a little tired this morning, didn't have a whole lot in me to push the pace. Wasn't really planning on any speed miles this morning so that's fine, but don't know if I had anything in the engine if I wanted to. Felt fine overall, just needed a slower day this morning. Long run tomorrow.
