Notes
Todays workout was pretty hard. Our pack split off into two during the 2k. Jane and I were working off of each other really well. We wouldn't let the other fall off which was really good for me. If one of us started letting off or falling behind the other would call out some encouragement. It may not have been very outward towards the group but it was definitely what I needed to get through that first half of the workout.
As for the 200's they weren't terribly hard or anything they just were very repetitive. Along with them though my knees started to hurt and that caused me to ease off on the gas probably to much.
