Valentine's couple's run. I ran lead off, not knowing what I was going to be able to run. Not a bad race, the stadium ramps were a bit rough and I never found another gear towards the end. Had plenty left, just not mentally ready to race... Was the first relay team in to the exchange by a bit, finished 5th in the relay, won our age group.
