20 minutes warmup at 10:30 - 9:50. 20 minutes tempo at 8:45 down to 8:30. 20 minutes cooldown at around 10:00. Took a while to get into the groove, but overall felt ok. Legs couldn't really get going. Not bad considering its the first tempo run in like a year.
