1 1/2 cups of coffee. legs felt heavier but pretty decent run. Nice and cool out. Had that weird, fatigue-like stretch between 1.5 to 3.5 miles out. It feels a lot like those stretches during the 18 - 20 milers but without the leg soreness. I'm guessing this might have something to do with glycogen and all that crap. Warmed up at the end and that's all that mattered.
