2 mile warmup, 30 min medium tempo (8:30 - 8:45), cooldown...felt great. Twinge in calf early in the morning but disappeared during the run...super windy day so medium tempo pace could be slightly faster. Quads felt a bit tight towards the end (lactic ?) but cooldown run stretched it out...good run, more good sign of mojo return.
