Notes

grass + packed dirt. pretty consistent 3 effort, close to recovery effort. Hacking a bit. Didn't feel that great at the start of the run but felt pretty good towards the end...the winds were pretty strong. Legs felt sore when i woke up but felt fine after run. One short run tomorrow and then rest on friday. The road to recovery continues.
