Notes

I knew the only way I would slow down was to set my pace on this contraption. My very sore left hamstring did OK with this. I felt winded until almost 4 miles into my run. By 5 I wanted to keep going. Tony S wants to come down to run the trails or find a 5/10k to run. Paige wants to try to crack 21 in a 5k. I better be careful.
