no time to go further despite feeling great. Can't really remember my elapsed time but who cares. A couple of 6:15 pace 1/4's felt smooth. 1/4 walk to start and stop @ 3.9. Sun dried out the roads and temp got up to high 20's by 3pm and I was hoping to hit ridge road. Kids activities, Christmas and dinner kept me away. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow. Picking up my interval paces. Just gotta string em together.
