Notes
A race for Alex.. Getting the 3 kids out of the house nearly led to their death. I was soooo aggravated. We got out of the car in time to hear the horn and the runners/walkers stream past us. We had to walk to the start and pin our numbers and get chips. We started about 9 1/2 minutes late.
Even though I was only planning on staying with the kids, I was out of sorts. I really have to get them to get moving without having to play The Heavy. rrrrrrrrrrrrr
On an even further depressing note: I can't imagine that I'll be able to jog through the half next week. I'll try. Planning on 8 weeks off to heal my hip while rehabbing my shoulder. No date for surgery yet
