I am happy with the result. Especially in light of my aborted interval workout earlier in the week. Quite a struggle. I had hoped for 18:35 or at least sub 19 but I'm not yet ready to be there consistently. It just wasn't my day. I picked two likely people to pace from but I just didn't have it physically nor mentally to hang. With about 1/3 mile to go I could tell that 2 guys who had used me were about to make their move. I am happy to have held them off.
