Tempo was to run and feel 10k pace which this was not close. fail

not the week I had originally planned but as I have read, it's ok to not stay on plan. Really regret losing my 20 miler. today would have worked with both the weather and life and my own temperament. Tomorrow's 10k will be fun. A test of logistics and frustration. I can't come up with a goal. I don't want to waste my training by risking a blow-up. I'll say anything less than 46 is a success and 45 fantastic. Now if I can negotiate 7k runners
