tweaked L knee doing a simple pivot the other day. Worked itself out while walking to warm up.

The late start on training for Sunday's run along with the setback of my neck for a few weeks and my general fatness leave me with nothing more than a fun day with friends. That's good.

If they go out at 10mm pace I'll let them go. I'm jogging to get to the hill around 11+ miles and maybe not have to walk. Even splits and no physical setbacks is really the goal. So, 2:22:22. The predicted temps of high 30's/low 40's to begin are ideal for me.
