Well it was painful. I'm not sure I should be running, let alone running fast. That hill is a beast with sore glute and hamstring. Ran into Blake at 2 miles and we stuck together. He paced me and continued on for 30k. Saw Dan Nephin and spoke with Jon Capazolli.
The age group win was a moral booster. Most of the 2,150 runners were in the other 3 events I suspect. 2 masters ahead of me
If healthy and fit I wonder if I could close in on 7 minute pace but I accept my current condition.
