Notes

selected a pace that I thought I could keep for 2 hrs. This is the border of my fitness for distance and pace without pushing it. Initially I had planned on a 10+ mile run in mid Feb when I began this current fitness push. I just thought I was ready to give it a try today. I'm happy with how I feel about it. Too bad I can't control my pace to attempt this outside yet
