Notes

Route w boathouse hillx2. Pace just under 9 for 30 minutes. Left glute and hamstring very tender. Almost brought it in by 3 miles. I wish I knew if I was making it worse or stronger. Where is my crystal ball? I hesitate to enter next weekends race. I won't be happy over 1 hour but I really don't want to have a setback.
