Notes
once again reality trumps perception, this time by half. I said I'd do 12 but I really did 6. one of the hardest workouts I've done. Mantra of the day: submit to the pace.
thoughts the day after the workout: my hardest workouts have been those I choose to do by myself, not in a group and controlled by a coach. I've also noticed that I've taken substantial rests between intervals.
I chose this workout because I wanted to spend as much time at a pace that exhibited something of a lactate threshold, although I don't even know what mine is. My calves were a bit sore, so there was probably either anaerobic work involved, or It was that I chose to stiffen my ankles more and land on the balls of my feet.
