Notes

Pre-fueled with 1 banana, a little water. Drank near 5 cans of flat sierra mist during run. Got a very mild headache and some mild dizziness during the run, either due to lack of coffee or insulin spike. Energy was great, though.

Right hip flexor still gets sore/tight the longer I run. Left calf not a problem.
