Pretty good run. First two miles on Monday always find me getting accustomed to running again. Add the soreness from the lifting yesterday and I felt like a clown. No worries, I picked up the pace in mile 3 to 9:30m/m, slowed down in mile 4 and 5, then rode 9:30m/m nearly all the way to the end. Felt great afterward, which is good because that salmon I had yesterday really messed with my stomach.
