Nice workout while sick. Got bronchitis. Always makes me feel just a bit better to work out. This relaxed feeling I was describing continued again, but only with the PC sets. I think it relates most closely to what they call "running/sprinting relaxed". It's a strange feeling of strength plus relaxation. I'm not doing a good job of describing it, but I'm sure I felt it. I can remember starting strength training last year and, for instance.

I would approach my squat sets with tensing every muscle in my body, sucking in as much air as I could, squeezing my face into a raisin shape, and just going for it. Now it's just using enough tension as I need in just the right muscles. That's relaxed, and it works. And form feels better too.
